Take care of the temple of the Holy Spirit

I decided to be more careful about the Temple of the Holy Spirit, meaning my body.

Now, I want to eat as prescribed by the doctor, still waiting for God to heal my stomach.

Also, I am happy for I have the ideal weight.

I have 1,62 meters in height and 59 kg weight.

BMI-Body Mass Index = Weight / (Hight x Height)

My BMI is 22. The normal value is between 19 and 25.
